@TrumansNYC in New York City on June 13th, 2012. The PRINCE Magazine Royal Launch event was open to members of the media and fashion enthusiasts and invited all to become a part of the royal family. Royal invitations were designed by Lori Kadezabek.
The PRINCE Magazine Royal Launch Event introduced the online publication to the fashion publishing industry. All in attendance were treated to a ‘Cocktails and Confections’ bar courtesy of Seagram’s Smooth (@Seagrams_Smooth) and The Cupcake Bartender. For a special non-alcoholic option, guests enjoyed Zico (@Zico) coconut water. After-work appetizers were provided by Famous Taste. Guests in attendance included Australian singer/songwriter Paulini Curuenavuli, fashion designer and Project Runway talent Jason Troisi, Essence, GQ, CBS Radio, Socially Superlative, Orange Juice & Biscuits, and a host of stylists, models, photographers, designers, publicists, bloggers, and fashion enthusiasts. A special appearance was made by PRINCE Magazine cover model Jason Cameron, of Red Model Management, to sign his cover photograph. Editor-in-chief Matthew Grimsley and Publishing Director Bryant Littrean both wore suits courtesy of Suit Supply (@MrSuitSupply).
All sponsors of the evening were ‘PRINCE Magazine Royally Approved.’ Members of the media and selected guests walked away with GUAM Beauty Mud (@Guam_beautymud) sponsored gift bags featuring products from GUAM Beauty Mud (including an exclusive discount), Emergen-C (@Emergenc), YouTonics (@YouTonics), Hip Chick Cosmetics (@HipChickCo), and The Cupcake Bartender (@MsRahbynCupcake). The ‘Prince’ gift bags also featured pocket circles from Metro Retro (@mrapparel). The ‘Princess’ gift bags, in addition, featured custom hand-painted bracelets from Mallory Musante Designs (@mmusanteshoes) and items from Stiruppz (@stiruppz). Guests were also handed information on Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York (@BBBSNYC). Selected male guests were also able to walk out with a gift card to use at Truman’s Gentlemen’s Groomers.
PRINCE Magazine, the new subscription focused online magazine for the young, metropolitan gentleman released its first issue early Spring 2012 that featured designer collaborations, stylized editorial photos, designer spotlights, and more. The 40+ page inaugural issue spotlighted fashion collections from Timo Weiland, and the Dutch and Italian brand Cravatta Pelliano. PRINCE Magazine is also the first online men’s magazine to use web responsive design.
