Studies have shown that when the American economy suffers, people tend to seek more opportunities for fun to get away from stress. I believe music reflects this. I believe the best music comes out of hardship. With all that said, it's no wonder why there are so many party songs coming out these days and Ciara is contributing nicely to the bunch.
This new track "Turn It Up" features Usher and will be a club banger for months to come! Congrats to both singers who made successful comebacks after a downturn in their careers!

I don't know what Ciara has been doing for the past several months! It's been a while since Ciara dropped her nasty song Ride with the revealing video. Ludacris seems to get his albums on time, so what happened to Ciara? I really can't wait for her fourth album, Basic Instinct, to get released. It's killing me!
